Callan Wayne-Bowles

About Callan
Callan Wayne-Bowles has been with The Home Loan Shop for over 10 years and is one of the original directors. More importantly, he is the most successful poker player in the team (sorry Greg!).
Callan holds degrees in accountancy and commercial law from Victoria University. Prior to joining The Home Loan Shop, he spent 12 years working for major banks. Callan is known for his wealth of knowledge of the finance industry and the huge number of repeat clients and referrals he receives is testament to his reputation as a leading mortgage adviser in Wellington.
Outside of work you’ll find Callan out on his boat fishing. He’s also an avid snowboarder – well as much as his broken body allows! When he’s too broken for snowboarding, you’ll find him taking it a little easier with a round of golf – his favourite hole is the 19th!
Qualifications: NZ Certification in Financial Services. Callan Wayne-Bowles is a regulated Financial Adviser and provides specialist mortgage advice. Squirrel Mortgages is a licensed Financial Advice Provider and regulated by the Financial Markets Authority to provide advice on mortgages.

Dealing with Brad was excellent; he has provided great advice, he is a clear communicator, and has saved us money. We are already working on another refinance with Brad. Cheers Brad/Squirrel!

My partner and I were looking to purchase our first home, we had no idea what we were doing and the amount of information we were accessing seemed very overwhelming. We made some enquiries about brokers, made an website and were put in touch with Basil. He simplified the process right down for us, was available every step of the way and after a number of false starts, we moved into our new home yesterday. Couldn't recommend these guys more. Especially Basil, who I am now referring to anyone who I know is looking to start their home ownership journey.
